Xero quote -> Proposr proposal: workflow checklist

[ ] Quote in Xero as you normally do
[ ] Export / copy the line items (description + amount)
[ ] In Proposr: create the proposal and bring the line items in
[ ] Add a cover and your branding
[ ] Write a plain-language scope of works
[ ] List inclusions and exclusions
[ ] Show PC items and provisional sums as allowances (adjust to actual)
[ ] Attach the original Xero quote so nothing is hidden
[ ] Send as a live portal (not a PDF) with online acceptance
[ ] Watch for the open + accept; follow up from there
